Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing export sales orders and related documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Prepare export document, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
• Apply for and process export permits and other regulatory documentations.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates and reports.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Generate monthly sales reports from and Auto Count system
• Maintain and organize daily filing and documentation system.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in export sales, shipping documentation, logistic or accounting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office application ; knowledge of accounting principles and experience with the auto count system will be an advantage.
• Prossess own transportation and be willing to travel when required.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple task and meet deadlines.
• 5 days working.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
