We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of innovative web and mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to transform ideas into high-quality digital products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for web and mobile application development projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Plan and manage Agile sprints, releases, and project roadmaps.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to management and stakeholders.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment activities.
• Track project performance metrics, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related qualifications.
• 3–6 years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience delivering web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related certifications will be an added advantage.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience: -

• Experience managing API integrations and cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes (iOS & Android).
• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
• Experience working in a fast-growing technology or product-driven organization.
