Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support training programs for new hires and managers on payroll policies, procedures, and timekeeping systems.
- Generate and provide ad hoc payroll reports to HR, Finance, and management teams to support business operations.
- Assist in payroll-related projects and other assigned initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Payroll ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring inquiries and requests are addressed accurately and within established timelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to payroll and timekeeping-related questions.
- Perform additional payroll and administrative responsibilities as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant payroll, HR operations, or administrative experience are also welcome.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Basic project coordination or project management experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
