Requirements

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Passionate about online gaming
• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle high-volume chat and ticket support
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Prior experience in customer service, BPO or gaming support is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for online game players
• Assist players via chat, ticketing systems and in-game support channels
• Handle gameplay-related enquiries, including account issues, game rules, bugs and technical concerns
• Monitor and ensure a smooth gaming experience for players
• Investigate and escalate issues to relevant teams when required
• Handle player complaints and provide professional solutions
• Moderate player behaviour and ensure compliance with game policies
• Support community engagement and live operations activities
• Maintain service quality and response time targets (SLA)

Working Location

• Menara UOA Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
• Direct access to Kerinchi LRT Station

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
