JOB DESCRIPTION – PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
1. Prepare and maintain procurement-related documents, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
2. Enter and update information in procurement databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and gather necessary information for procurement processes.
4. Verify and process invoices, ensuring they align with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
5. Maintain organized records of procurement transactions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
6. Assist Procurement Manager with various tasks, such as market research, supplier evaluations, and order tracking.
7. Follow up on outstanding orders, deliveries, and other procurement-related matters to ensure timely completion.
8. Ensure that procurement activities adhere to organizational policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
9. Generate reports on procurement activities, expenses, and performance indicators as needed.
10. Ensure proper filing and keeping of soft and hard copy of purchasing-related documents
11. End sure all document is upload and keep safely to cloud drive.
12. Other ad-hoc duties to be assigned by the HOD as and when necessary.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
