Job Responsibilities :
- Sort and organize Proof of Delivery (POD) documents efficiently
- Handle and manage project-related POD documentation
- Scan PODs and upload them to the document management system (e.g., DocuShare)
- Maintain and update POD log sheets accurately
- Coordinate POD distribution to respective branches
- Support transit and daily logistics operations activities
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for audit and tracking purposes
- Provide backup support to team members during festive seasons or staff absence (e.g., MC or leave)
- Assist in resolving operational or documentation issues in coordination with executives
- Perform other administrative and logistics-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min SPM or Diploma in Logistics,Supply Chain or a related field
- Have 1–2 years of experience in logistics, documentation, or administrative support
- Familiarity with POD handling and logistics documentation processes
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and document management systems
