Role Function:
- Contact and engage mortgage customers to offer Rescheduling & Restructuring (R&R) solutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding required supporting documents.
- Coordinate and submit documents for processing.
- Monitor application progress and ensure cases are followed through until accounts are successfully formalized.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on case status.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM (English & Mathematics must be Credit (C) and above), Diploma, or Degree.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Malaysian citizens only
