Role Function:

• Contact and engage mortgage customers to offer Rescheduling & Restructuring (R&R) solutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding required supporting documents.
• Coordinate and submit documents for processing.
• Monitor application progress and ensure cases are followed through until accounts are successfully formalized.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on case status.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM (English & Mathematics must be Credit (C) and above), Diploma, or Degree.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Malaysian citizens only
