Job Summary

Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control, timely delivery, and efficient logistics coordination while maintaining workplace safety and equipment functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow and timely processing
• Enter data accurately to support inventory tracking and operational reporting
• Order materials and consumables to maintain adequate warehouse stock levels
• Coordinate logistics and schedule deliveries to meet customer order requirements
• Conduct annual stock counts and report inventory levels for audit and planning
• Receive, transfer, inspect, and store incoming goods to ensure quality and accuracy
• Record and investigate internal customer feedback to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and waste using initiative and problem-solving skills
• Verify inventory accuracy, ensure correct stock placement, and maintain proper warehouse documentation
• Maintain warehouse equipment in good working condition through regular checks and upkeep
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with workplace safety standards and regulations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar heavy equipment industry
• Ability to work independently
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
