Company Background:

A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and procure materials, equipment, and services to support production and operational requirements.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve supplier-related issues to ensure timely supply.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and commercial agreements with suppliers to achieve cost and quality objectives.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
• Support supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Familiar with procurement processes, market trends, and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Location: Senai, Johor

Salary Range: RM4k-RM8k
