Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily plastering, screeding, and tiling activities at construction sites.
• Ensure all plastering and tiling works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor workmanship quality and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
• Prepare site reports, work progress updates, and documentation for project management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure workplace safety requirements are implemented and complied with in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct material inspections, quality checks, and defect rectification works to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in plastering, tiling, or architectural finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
