Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee detailed project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for precision engineering initiatives.
• Partner with NPI, manufacturing, and quality teams to align on project goals and outcomes.
• Track progress closely, identifying and resolving technical or logistical challenges promptly.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in precision engineering practices such as CNC machining, micro-fabrication, and metrology.
• Lead prototype development and assess design manufacturability.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and risk assessments for high-precision components and systems.
• Enforce strict quality standards and tolerance levels in all precision engineering projects.
• Manage validation, testing, and inspection activities for components and assemblies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years in program or project engineering within precision engineering or manufacturing.
• Practical exposure to CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and precision measurement tools preferred.
• Proficiency in engineering tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Demonstrated project management experience with tools like MS Project.
• Background in managing customer relations in industries like semiconductor, aerospace, medical devices, or analytical life sciences.
