About This Role

You will at the operational core of our electronics supply chain - managing procurement, handling incoming invoices and coordinating logistics. Day to day, you will work closely with internal teams and regional counterparts to keep procurement running smoothly, documentation accurate, and deliveries on track. It is hands-on role and ideal if you're looking to build solid foundations in procurement and operations within the electronics industry.

What You Will Do

Procurement & Sourcing

•      Handle and prepare purchase orders for selected suppliers

•      Source alternative suppliers and new parts to keep supply chains resilient

•      Work closely with all departments to process approved purchase requisitions

•      Evaluate vendors on price, quality and service level

Invoicing & Documentation

•      Process and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders

•      Raise and manage invoices for goods received, ensuring accuracy before submission for payment

•      Maintain proper records of all invoicing transactions and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

•      Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders

•      Liaise with suppliers to track deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders

•      Arrange local and overseas logistics where required, including documentation for customs clearance

Inventory & Administration

•      Update and maintain the inventory management system

•      Uphold proper filing and records-keeping standards across procurement and logistics documents

•      Support ad-hoc operational and administrative assignments as needed

What We’re Looking For

•      Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics

•      Familiarity with invoicing processes, purchase order workflows, and basic logistics documentation (e.g. delivery orders, packing lists, shipping documents)

•      Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required for liaising with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and China counterparts)

•      Strong initiative, positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow
