* 10+ years of experience in software development, automation, infrastructure engineering, or related fields.

* 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, or software architecture roles.

* Strong programming expertise in Python.

* Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible automation.

* Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar platforms.

* Strong knowledge of GitOps principles and version control systems (Git).

* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

* Experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA) or policy-driven automation frameworks.

* Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.

* Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.

* Experience designing enterprise-scale automation solutions.
