Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and administration for network equipment.

• Install and configure network switches and wireless access points.

• Coordinate with cabling contractors for passive cabling support and post-installation inspection

• Provide second-tier response, issue analysis, and resolution planning for network-related incidents.

• Resolve incident tickets and support approved change requests as part of daily network operations.

• Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning on network infrastructure.

• Initiate and follow up on critical technical support requirements with external vendors.

• Maintain network documentation using the designated infrastructure documentation tools.

• Manage network asset information using the designated configuration or asset database tools.

• Liaise with internal IT teams on projects and ongoing network support requirements.

• Support regional network operations and setup activities where required.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 to 4 years IT Network operations experience
