Project Coordinator / Scrum Master

Role: Project Coordinator / Scrum Master

Role Overview

Drive Agile delivery execution, sprint governance, and cross-team coordination for enterprise digital transformation programs. Ensure delivery predictability, dependency management, and continuous improvement across multi-vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Track sprint commitments, velocity, delivery metrics, risks and dependencies.
• Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and release readiness.
• Coordinate across business, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps and infrastructure teams.
• Produce delivery dashboards and management reports.
• Support release coordination, environment readiness, and go-live activities.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years as Scrum Master / Project Coordinator.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills.
• Jira / Confluence proficiency.
• Strong reporting and planning skills.
• Insurance or financial services exposure.

Preferred

• Large-scale transformation program experience.
• SAFe / enterprise Agile exposure.
