Job Summary

Lead the development and maintenance of project master schedules to ensure timely delivery of large infrastructure projects. Monitor progress, conduct schedule analysis, coordinate 4D BIM integration, and prepare management reports to support project decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project master schedules to guide project execution and delivery
• Monitor project progress and critical path activities to identify potential delays and risks
• Conduct schedule analysis and generate reports to inform project stakeholders and support decision-making
• Coordinate 4D BIM scheduling integration to enhance project visualization and planning accuracy
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to communicate schedule status and performance metrics

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in large infrastructure projects
• Expert user of Primavera P6 software for project scheduling and control
• Strong analytical skills applied to schedule data analysis and reporting
