About Nava

Nava is building next-generation AI-native cloud and GPU infrastructure platforms across APAC. We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect – Network Infrastructure to design, architect, and support scalable, high-performance networking solutions powering modern AI and cloud workloads.

This role will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and infrastructure operations to define and deliver robust network architectures across data centers, GPU clusters, and cloud environments.

What You'll DoSolution Architecture

• Design end-to-end network architectures for AI and cloud infrastructure deployments
• Develop scalable, highly available, and secure networking solutions
• Create HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation
• Translate customer and business requirements into technical solutions
  
  

Data Center & Infrastructure Networking

• Design and optimize network fabrics for data center environments
• Architect Layer 2 and Layer 3 network topologies
• Design spine-leaf architectures for high-performance workloads
• Support GPU cluster networking requirements and traffic optimization
  
  

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements
• Conduct solution workshops and technical discussions
• Act as a trusted advisor on network design and best practices
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals
  
  

Performance & Reliability

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and resiliency of network solutions
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues
• Recommend improvements around capacity planning and network optimization
• Support network automation and observability initiatives
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with infrastructure, SRE, platform, and engineering teams
• Work with vendors and technology partners
• Support deployment and operational readiness activities

• Spine-leaf architectures
• High-speed Ethernet networks (25G/100G/400G)
• Data center fabrics
• Network redundancy and resiliency

Cloud & Infrastructure

Exposure To:

• AWS
• Azure
• Google Cloud
• Kubernetes networking
• Service Mesh
• Network Security
• Firewalls and VPNs
  
  

Automation

Experience With:

• Python
• Ansible
• Terraform
• Network automation frameworks
• Infrastructure as Code
  
  

Preferred Technology Exposure

Experience with one or more of:

• Cisco
• Arista
• Juniper
• NVIDIA Networking (Mellanox)
• Cumulus Linux
• SONiC
• VMware NSX
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience supporting AI/ML or GPU infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with InfiniBand and RoCE networking
• Exposure to Kubernetes and container networking
• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
