The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders and project team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between internal PMs & vendors on all project matters, including managing project deliverables which includes making presentations, liaison with various internal stakeholders
- Direct involvement in all procurement matters from start to end, including calling of tenders to contract approvals
- Creates and manages detailed project budgets. This includes supervising budget re-allocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and analysis on a regular basis
- Leads regular scheduled project meetings and documentation of assigned tasks
- Coordinate and monitor various functions of all parties, including the architect, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are executed in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements
- Liaise with relevant authorities, if necessary, to expedite with the necessary approvals
- Track project milestones and deliverables and to effectively communicate to the stakeholders of the project progress, issues and mitigation plans
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate/Architectural/ Constructions or other relevant fields
- Architectural background and PMP certified would be of an advantage and preferred.
- Min 8 years or more of experience in property development with good knowledge of real estate and property architecture planning
- Well versed in Singapore property development and rules and regulations of the relevant authorities
- Good knowledge of authorities submissions, conversant with local codes, and regulations and procedures in Singapore
