Corporate Performance Management
- Support the consolidation and reporting of corporate KPIs, including MOF KPI, MOSTI-related KPI, and other related KPIs.
- Monitor KPI performance data and follow up with divisions on updates and action items.
- Prepare monthly KPI tracking reports periodic and performance reports for Management.
- Coordinate quarterly and periodic KPI submissions to MOSTI and MOF.
- Assist in the annual KPI target-setting process by gathering inputs and preparing supporting analysis.
Strategic Planning
- Support in the Board Retreats, Management Planning Sessions, and strategic planning workshops.
- Support in preparing materials and documentation for annual strategic direction setting.
- Compile inputs from divisions for development of the corporate/business plan.
- Track strategic priorities, programmes, and targets to ensure alignment with organisational and national priorities.
- Support divisions and departments in KPI formulation aligned with strategic objectives.
- Assist in the integration of manpower, financial, and operational inputs into the planning process.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation decks, reports, and briefing papers for validation sessions with senior management and external stakeholders.
Government Stakeholder Management
- Support in preparing inputs for government queries, parliamentary responses, and inter-agency communications in alignment to the Malaysia Startup Ecosystem Roadmap (SUPER) and KL20 Action Plan.
- Support in drafting communication notes, issue briefs, and briefing materials for review by management.
- Keep track of relevant policy developments, frameworks, and government directives affecting the organisation.
- Support in coordination of engagement and follow-up with government ministries, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Maintain records of stakeholder requests, submissions, and responses.
Belanjawan Cycle
- Assist in preparation of annual Belanjawan proposals, including consolidation of divisional requirements for development expenditure.
- Compile and analyse Belanjawan-related information from internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing Belanjawan budget justification papers, presentations, and supporting documents for engagements with MOSTI and MOF.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and documentation for internal Belanjawan budget review and defence sessions.
Coordination and Reporting
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, meeting papers, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
- Ensure timely collection, verification, and organisation of strategic and performance-related data.
- Support continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and coordination processes.
Special Projects
- Provide support for ad hoc strategic initiatives, policy-related matters, stakeholder engagements, and special projects as assigned from time to time.
