• Manage post-sales activities for cybersecurity or network performance monitoring products
• Contribute to large-scale project implementations at local and regional levels
• Perform on-site implementation tasks, including testing, deployment, and documentation
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct research to resolve customer concerns
• Standby for 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively with relevant stakeholders
