Position: Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate building maintenance and repair works. The ideal candidate should have a civil or building background, hands-on experience on site, and basic sales or client-handling skills.

Work Scope / Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor maintenance and repair works at site.

- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion.

- Inspect sites, identify issues, and recommend solutions.

- Prepare daily reports, photo updates, and material usage.

- Assist in preparing quotation / cost estimates for small jobs.

- Communicate with clients professionally regarding site progress.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction or related field.

- Experience in maintenance / renovation / civil works.

- Basic sales and client communication skills.

- Able to read drawings and handle site documentation.

- Willing to travel to sites.

- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
