Requirements

• Possess recognized Degree in Law, Business, Management or similar qualifications
• At least 8 (Eight) years experience in managing Main and Sub-Contracts for at least 2 (Two) EPC projects in Oil and Gas
• Thorough grasp of Construction Contract Law is crucial for drafting, interpreting, and enforcing Contracts and Sub-Contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and enforceable
• Familiarity with construction processes, methods, materials, and standards is essential for understanding project requirements and developing effective proposals
• Understanding contract terms, resolving disputes, and enforcing contractual obligations is essential
• Have at least 4 (Four) years in Contract and Proposal Management working with Senior Management
