We are looking for a Live Host & Content Creator to help promote and sell our custom laser-cut products, including personalized gifts and home decoration items. The role focuses on creating engaging content, hosting live selling sessions, and assisting customers during the buying process.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form content for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
• Host live selling sessions to showcase our products
• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and social media
• Follow up with potential customers and assist in closing sales
• Present products clearly and explain customization options
• Work with the team to plan promotional content and campaigns

Requirements

• Confident speaking in front of the camera
• Comfortable interacting with customers online
• Basic knowledge of social media content creation
• Good communication skills
• Responsible and able to follow up with customer inquiries

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in live selling or livestream hosting
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, or online sales
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or customer service
