Job Descriptions

• Provide tele-support to customers and distributor for product’s usage, application problem and solution.
• Provide products training and seminars.
• Provide products’ troubleshooting and repairs.
• Develop software application.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT / Computer – Software or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Knowledge in PLC, Visual Basic and Scada are encouraged to apply.
• Applicant must be willing to travel and Posses own transportation.
