岗位职责
1. Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all company employees. Ensure precise computation of basic wages, overtime, allowances, and deductions
2. Statutory Compliance: Oversee the timely and accurate submission of all statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB, in strict accordance with Malaysian labor laws.
3. Time & Attendance Tracking: Monitor and verify employee attendance records, shift schedules, and medical/annual leave allocations via the company's HRMS framework.
4. Records Maintenance: Establish and maintain secure, up-to-date, and highly confidential digital and physical employee personnel files.
5. Onboarding & HR Administration: Facilitate the preparation of employment contracts, coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires, and provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
