- Manage the Club Facebook page/social media content.
- Produce communication collaterals, press releases, the Club’s Bulletin/Newsletter, brochures, reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage communication within the Club, including keeping notice boards up-to-date and relevant, and ensuring competitions, social events, and other club activities are promoted, food promotions.
- Dependable, dedicated, and proactive communication across organizational levels.
- Easily communicates both orally and in writing with peers.
- Willingly assumes leadership of team projects, promoting collecting success through open dialogue, goal setting, and informed decision-making.
- Solid command of Graphic Software (AI, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro (Video editing), Canva )
- Able to swiftly learn and apply emerging technologies.
- Able to working every weekends and flexible for Club events, Sports events.
- Provide administrative support to the Admin Department, including filing, correspondence, and budget monitoring.
- Coordinate event publicity, invitations, registrations, and media coverage for Club functions and tournaments.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Public Relations or related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation and branding.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a team player attitude.
