• Planning and assigning daily transportation schedules.
• Overseeing operations after official working hours to ensure smooth delivery.
• Managing our customer service operations at our Batam and Bintan offices.
• Responsible for all weekly vessel schedules.
• Overseeing all daily depot processes and operations for the following day.
• Informing our customers about container details.
• Ensuring that all additional charges are accounted for accordingly.
• Proactively obtaining updates on all container statuses.
• Acting as a contingency for the main traffic controller in their absence.
• Processing discharged containers.
• Booking escorts for vessels and handling permits for LTA oversized cargo.

Normal Work Schedule :

Monday-Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm

Saturday (WFH): 8.30am-12.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
