Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, guide, and motivate staff to achieve service and sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance
• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and hygiene standards in compliance with company requirements
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and stock control
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the outlet
• Train new employees and support staff development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B operations; supervisory experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
