Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily F&B outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, guide, and motivate staff to achieve service and sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance
- Maintain cleanliness, food quality, and hygiene standards in compliance with company requirements
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and stock control
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the outlet
- Train new employees and support staff development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B operations; supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
