Responsibilities / role function
● Ensure the company's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and business-critical systems remain secure, stable, and highly available.
● Lead infrastructure operations and support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and smooth day-to-day IT service delivery.
● Manage infrastructure-related projects, including site expansions, technology upgrades, and operational improvements.
● Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and procurement activities to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
● Lead and develop the infrastructure team while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.

Must-have skills
Experience in setting up / configuring / managing:
● WIndows Server, VMware and HyperV
● Storage management > VNX, ExtremIO, and EqualLogic storage types
● Network switches > Layer 2 and Layer 3 VLAN
● Databases > Microsoft SQL and MySQL
+ excellent communication skills!

Nice-to-have skills
Experience in Retail industry

Grade level / role capacity
● Managerial role > client won’t expect you to be super technical (have existing vendor)
● About 30% technical + 70% management (overseeing operations, vendor management, lead projects etc) and leadership (guide 2 juniors)
