岗位职责
1. To prepare tender and contract documents including taking off Bill of Quantities and issue Letter Award/Work Order/Purchase Order.
2. To prepare and review consultant, main contractor and subcontractor claims.
3. On-site inspection and verification work.
4. Collating information for assessment of variation/contractual claims.
5. Performing risk, value management and cost control.
6. To source for quotations and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
7. To prepare price comparison of suppliers and subcontractors.
8. Requisition of Material.
9. To receive and process orders for materials and merchandise via phone, fax, e-mail and release for authorization and follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
10. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.
11. Transfer – The Company may at its discretion transfer you to another location, section, department, project site or associate company where your services are required

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
