ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling daily accounting transactions.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) documents.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and maintain accounting records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents required by management, auditors, and tax agents.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
