Responsibilities

• Monitor & conduct regular testing and analysis of pickling baths.
• To inform superior/ Shift engineer immediately if the testing result was out- of- specification.
• Assist in stock allocation.
• To maintain cleanliness of work station.
• Conducted various analytical tests and titrations to monitor and optimize acid concentration in the pickling process.
• Performed water quality analysis for IETS and RO systems, Forming Machine including Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) monitoring and photometric testing using a photometer.
• Recorded, analyzed, and maintained process and quality data in Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and reporting.
• Do the ad hoc jobs given by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Chemical) / Diploma in Science (Chemistry / Laboratory Technology) / Certificate in Science (Chemistry)
• Chemical handling & analytical techniques.
• Possess a valid class D license.
