About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Network Engineer to join our team and support the smooth operation of mobile networks across multiple generations (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G). This role involves both hands-on technical work and network optimization, ensuring reliable connectivity and high-quality service for end users.

Key Responsibilities

As a Network Engineer, you will:

• Develop foundational knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G communication networks, including wireless equipment functions and network topologies. Work with both hardware and software components to generate configurations based on design requirements.
• Commission base stations by performing 4G/5G software and license loading, script development, and preparing acceptance test reports.
• Support network changes by following operator procedures, monitoring performance, and coordinating with onsite personnel to resolve issues independently.
• Troubleshoot and verify services, including hardware installation checks and service testing.
• Conduct site inspections to assess installation quality, workflow compliance, and functionality. Provide technical training to subcontractors to ensure effective operations.
• Utilize integration toolkits to perform application-level optimizations, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Wireless/RAN operations and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of fault, configuration, and performance management.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to telecommunications environment will be an added advantage.
