Job Summary:
Oversee, execute, assess, supervise, and evaluate infrastructure, upgrading, and privatization projects to ensure completion within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documentation for budget applications and approval processes related to upgrading and RAC asset development projects.
- Ensure all projects adhere to applicable regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.
- Verify that all engineering activities comply with established standards and technical specifications.
- Plan, organize, and oversee engineering projects from initiation through to final completion.
- Lead and support a team of engineers, assistant engineers, and project personnel.
- Serve as the main liaison with clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress tracking and financial records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering projects or a related field.
- Experience in Infrastructure Project is an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD, and other MS Office applications.
- Competency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, and SolidWorks.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction or installation activities and provide technical support as required.
- Thorough understanding of engineering standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
