(A) Operational Coordination

i. Oversee daily import and export forwarding activities.

ii. Coordinate with operations, haulage, shipping lines, and port authorities to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.

iii. Monitor shipment progress and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

iv. Ensure compliance with port and terminal requirements.

(B) Customs & Regulatory Compliance

i. Prepare and review Customs declarations (K1, K2, K3) and related documentation.

ii. Coordinate with government authorities including Customs, MAQIS, MITI, MTIB, Port Authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

iii. Resolve issues related to customs clearance, permits, and inspections.

iv. Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and company policies.

(C) Customer Service & Client Coordination

i. Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational matters.

ii. Coordinate closely with clients, shipping agents, and vendors to ensure service requirements are met.

iii. Provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues promptly.

iv. Maintain strong working relationships with customers and service providers.

(D ) Department of Administrations & Reporting

i. Prepare monthly departmental operational reports including shipment volume, operational issues, and performance updates.

ii. Monitor departmental workflow and ensure operational efficiency.

iii. Maintain proper records of shipment documentation and regulatory submissions.

iv. Support management with operational data and reporting.

(E) Team Coordination

i. Coordinate and guide forwarding clerks or junior staff in operational matters.

ii. Ensure proper task distribution within the department.

iii. Assist management in improving operational procedures and service efficiency.

(F) Continuous Improvement

i. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.

ii. Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and customers.

iii. Support business growth by ensuring service quality and operational reliability.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
