About the role

JT MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team in Ulu Tiram Johor. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted production. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections on various manufacturing equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with machinery and systems
• Carrying out repairs and replacements to keep equipment running smoothly
• Documenting all maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborating with the production team to minimise downtime and optimise efficiency
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications would be an advantage
