Job: HR Admin
Industry: Food and Beverage
Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), 5 Miles, Jalan penrissen
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain staff personnel profile / records
2. Monitor and Update staff attendance and leave records
3. Assist to prepare memorandum, offer letter, employment agreement, resignation
acceptance letter, last payment letter, open bank account letter for new staff.
4. Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues.
5. Assist in Recruitment.
6. Responsible for maintaining proper document filing
7. Update Organization Chart
8. Any ad-hoc task assigned by Management and Superior.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years working experience in related field.
2. Must possess at least Diploma in Human resource, management, business or related field.
3. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage)
4. Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Able to work in a team and individually.
Salary range: RM 1800-RM2400 (Depending on working experience)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
