岗位职责

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive CMP process performance (yield, defect, stability) and ensure robust control strategy
  • Lead NPI and technology transfer execution with on-time delivery and risk mitigation
  • Partner cross-functionally (PI, Equipment, Yield, MFG) to resolve integration issues
  • Champion quality mindset, SOP compliance, and excursion prevention
  • Develop team capability and build strong technical bench strength

Leadership Competency

  • Ownership & Accountability – Takes full ownership of module performance and drives results under high-pressure timelines
  • Technical Leadership – Acts as SME to guide team on complex process challenges and decision making
  • People Development – Coaches engineers, builds talent pipeline, and fosters a high-performance team culture
  • Cross-functional Influence – Aligns stakeholders across modules and drives decisions for program success
  • Execution Excellence – Translates strategy into clear actions, delivers with discipline and urgency

Requirements

  • ≥10 years CMP experience with demonstrated leadership
  • Strong background in process control, yield improvement, and NPI
  • Proven track record in driving cross-functional programs
