Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding CADFEM’s presence in Malaysia by promoting engineering simulation and digital engineering solutions. The role focuses on enterprise and strategic customers across industries such as manufacturing, electronics, automotive, aerospace, energy, and academia.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive new business acquisition and account growth for CADFEM’s portfolio including ANSYS, CAD/CAE, simulation, and engineering solutions.oOwn and achieve sales targets (license, subscription, services, and renewals).oIdentify and develop new opportunities across enterprise, SMB, government, and academic segments.oManage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, requirement discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Engineering Heads, R&D Managers, CTOs, Procurement).oAct as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and proposing value-driven technical solutions.oWork closely with technical/pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Market & Partner Development:
- Develop go-to-market strategies for Singapore.oCollaborate with partners, principals (ANSYS), and internal stakeholders.oRepresent CADFEM at industry events, seminars, webinars, and customer meetings
Forecasting & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales pipeline, and forecasts.oProvide market intelligence including competitive landscape, customer trends, and growth opportunities.oPrepare regular reports and updates for regional management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Experience:
- 12+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through industry association partnership and C Level connect.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
