We're Hiring: GEN AI Solutions Engineer!

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and scale enterprise Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on translating business needs into robust AI architectures while ensuring secure, reliable, and governed deployments.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Generative AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture, with experience in Private Equity or Wealth Management.

AI Architecture & Design

• Design scalable GenAI solutions aligned with business goals
• Define architecture standards and best practices
• Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms
  
  

Engineering & Delivery

• Lead development of scalable AI applications
• Design AI workflows and integration patterns
• Support full lifecycle from design to production
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
  
  

Integration & Platforms

• Integrate AI with enterprise systems and data platforms
• Define APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions
• Collaborate across engineering and data teams
  
  

Governance & Risk

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards
• Implement responsible AI and monitoring practices
• Manage model lifecycle and performance
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business and tech teams to identify AI opportunities
• Translate technical solutions into business value
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to AI strategy
  
  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years in software/data/AI engineering
• 3+ years in enterprise Generative AI delivery
• Experience in Financial Services (Private Equity/Wealth/Asset Management)
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI applications
• Proficient in Python and modern AI frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
