Job Responsibilities :
- Assisting Sous Chef in preparing meals for breakfast, ala-carte and buffet included meal preparation for big events.
- To ensure sufficient stock of ingredients for meal preparation on daily basis.
- To assist and monitor food stocks and stock movement
- Ensure that work is carried out to the highest health, safety and hygiene standards
- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage
- To learn and record skills and recipes from Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
