Linux System Administration

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Linux servers.

• Perform OS patching, upgrades, and security updates.

• Monitor server performance and availability.

• Troubleshoot Linux server issues.

• Support vulnerability remediation and security compliance.

• Work with infrastructure and application teams during maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Linux Administration experience.

• Hands-on experience with Linux patch management.

• Good knowledge of Red Hat, CentOS, Oracle Linux, or Ubuntu.

• Basic shell scripting knowledge is an advantage.

• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills: Ansible, VMware, AWS/Azure, Qualys/Nessus.
