Job Description:

1) Pre-Contract / Estimating

2) Experience handling pre-contract work: take-offs & measurement and. Exposure to residential is highly preferred.

3) Experience with Software for take-offs is mandatory.

4) 2–3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction, preferably with: - Interior trades - Drywall / plasterboard - Suspended ceilings / decorative ceilings - Fit-out / partitioning / linings

5) Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid (or similar tools) is highly advantageous. If not experienced, must be technically confident and able to learn quickly through structured training resources. Proficient with Excel and general Microsoft Office tools.

Highly Regarded (Nice to Have):

Experience with Planswift or Bluebeam is plus
