Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in basic accounting duties, including invoice processing, payment records, and bookkeeping.
- Support daily office operations and coordination between departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of records.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
