Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and site progress
• Monitor project schedule, work quality, and deadlines
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and project documentation
• Liaise with consultants, contractor, suppliers, and authorities
• Attend site meetings and record meeting minutes
• Assist in claim submissions, variation orders(VO), and project costing
• Support Project Manager in overall project execution

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in related field
• 1-3 years experience in construction/project coordination
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or renovation project is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to read drawing and specification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
