DAILY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily facilities equipment monitoring and conditioning for the following system:-

• High tension system which consists of Switchgears, Transformers and all related equipment.
• Generator set system and all related equipment.
• Air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system which consists of Air-Cooled Chillers, Cooling Towers, Chilled Water Pump sets, Condenser Water Pump sets, Chemical Treatment System, Water Cooled Packaged Units, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Make-Up Air Unit, Direct Expansion Type Fan Coil Units, Exhaust Fans, Outdoor Air/ Fresh Air Fans and all related equipment.
• Compressed Dry Air system which consists of Air Compressors, Desiccant Air Dryers, Air Receiver Tank and all related equipment.
• Local exhaust ventilation system which consists of Dust Collector System etc. and all related equipment.
• Low voltage electrical system and all related equipment.
• Sewerage Treatment Plant

2. External vendor monitoring.

3. Permit to work management.

4. Minor repair and troubleshooting works.

5. Document management.

6. To attend to any system alarm.

7. To respond to tool/manufacturing equipment problems caused by facilities system.

8. Switch over operation of redundant Equipment's

9. Daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance for Mechanical & Electrical equipment, which consist of but not limited to:-

• IR Scan
• Ultra-Sonic Scanning for leakages
• Capacitor banks & MCCB
• Generator set testing.
• Cleanroom particle count.
• Check and clean strainers.
• Check AHU, FCU & MAU filters condition and clean or change if required.
• Fire pump testing.
• General housekeeping to all equipment and room.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Certificate/Diploma in Engineering.

· Computer literate (MS Office, IE, etc).

· Working in cleanroom.

· Electrostatic discharge.

· Electrical Safety

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Off day > 8hours & Public Holiday/Rest Day < 8hours office hours) / 3.0 (Rest Day / Public Holiday > 8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below.

Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00

Contribution of EPF, Socso & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Pay: RM2000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
