Are you a detail-oriented operations professional looking to work in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's tech hub? We are seeking an Operation Executive to join our team at Plaza Low Yat, ensuring smooth stock flow across all branches.

Responsibilities:

- Process stock requests from branches, prioritising based on urgency and availability.

- Maintain an organised warehouse for easy picking and conduct daily stock checks to align physical inventory with system records.

- Receive incoming stock, verify quantity and condition, then cross-check against the Wavelet system.

- Arrange Lalamove dispatches to branches, ensuring accurate and complete shipments.

- Complete all stock transfers (ST) on the same day and immediately investigate any discrepancies to maintain zero-error dispatch standards.

Requirements:

- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

- Prior experience in stock control, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred.

- Familiarity with inventory systems (e.g., Wavelet) is an advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
