Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting works for electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, lighting, and general facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of rooms, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning of water supply, electrical systems, furniture, and appliances.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance tools and work areas.
- Monitor maintenance inventory, tools, and supplies.
- Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Assist in setting up rooms, equipment, and operational facilities when required.
- Report major defects or safety concerns to Management immediately.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or facility maintenance is preferred.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
- Able to work overtime, weekends, or standby duties when required.
Working Hours
This position operates on a 5.5 working days schedule in accordance with the Company’s operational requirements.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
