岗位职责
Responsibilities:-
1. Supervise workers and ensure that they carry out their job function with full responsibility & efficiency.
2. Control and maintain records of all stock transactions right from incoming, in-process to outgoing.
3. Conduct weekly & monthly stock count on all stock and prepare IRA reports for submission.
4. Implementation of FIFO through Plan, organize, monitor control, review to have a good storage system and safety in control at all time.
5. Organize premiums/packaging materials for repacking activities.
6. Plan leaves for workers
7. Train staff on proper and safe handling of goods and documents.
8. Comply and assist in ensuring compliance with the Organizations health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) and other management system requirements e.g. ISO, GDP, FSSC, EMS, etc. Maintain and continually improve the systems, objective targets and legal requirements relevant to job responsibilities; and actively encourage the implementation of workplace improvements and continuously promote the concepts of the management system requirements among subordinate and peers.
9. Any others assignment from Management which is related to Company or career growth.
Competency:-
1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Professional Certificate or Diploma in material handling or equivalent.
2. Good understanding in inventory control.
3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in supervisory of finish goods storage and transaction.
4. Computer literate & knowledge in WMS/SAP is an added advantage
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a good written and verbal command of English/BM are essential.
6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
