The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Job Description:
What You’ll Do:
Work with Data: Responsible for querying, and analyzing large datasets, and creation or fixing of data pipelines and dashboards to meet business needs.- Collaborate with Business Teams: Partner with business teams to understand challenges, contribute to analytics frameworks, and help translate business questions into technical tasks.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis using methods like A/B testing, regression, penetration, benchmarking, projection, assist in evaluating model performance, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
- Project / Study: Lead end-to-end in-depth analyses or projects independently, provide actionable next steps to address business challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science or related fields.
- More than 4 years of experience in related roles
- Advanced level of SQL, strong knowledge in data granularity and data principles
- Strong interpretation of large and intricate dataset (millions to billions rows).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills.
- Strong business acumen in finance, marketing, business development, operations or related.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment independently.
- Able to lead end-to-end projects or in-depth analyses independently.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Knowledge in R or Python
- Experience in the e-commerce industry
